If you’ve been here, you know how much we love the redwoods and the trails leading into them. Maybe one of our interns has walked the loop with you and you got to breathe the cool, clean air down there. We’ve walked the trails many, many times and even our children know the way by heart. This last time we wanted to do something different, something a little weird and exciting. Exciting for another family member: Henrietta, our only goat at the moment. We took her with us, on a leash. We didn’t do the whole loop, but only down to the creek. Then, she was anxious to turn around and go home. We were, too, anxious as it was slowly getting dark and also too excited to take a good picture.
