Digital Detox and Wellness Retreat


Your retreat is completely customized to you and is designed according to  your own insights and preferences voiced during our intro conversation. We’ll  tap into the areas that need the most healing and transformation in the mind, body, and soul. We’ll discuss your desires for a magical time here and find the perfect balance of calming the nervous system, pampering your body and self-exploration aimed at reconnecting to your inner self and your heart of gold.

Connecting with our senses 

Little by little we will peel away the stressors of our modern-day lives. Leaving our devices behind is just the start. We begin the day with yoga and acknowledge the sensations from our body and feel deep inside. During nature walks into the redwoods we regain a heightened sense of awareness and reconnect to our surrounding. We hear the birds above and twigs breaking underneath our steps. In meditation we practice listening to ourselves: physical sensations, emotions and thoughts that would otherwise remain unrecognized come to the surface. A diary will help us to express the things that bubble up. We awaken our spirits in a cold plunge or soak in a hot tub. In silence we sit and nourish ourselves.

Eating with awareness starts before we put food in our mouths. We see the vibrant colors and take in the smell of the freshly prepared food.

Feeding our soul

All the meals that you will be enjoying are included and tailored to your food sensitivities and preferences.

All meals are free of dairy, sugar, and gluten. Meat or fish will be wild/grass-fed and sustainably sourced. We use local, seasonal and whole ingredients, and of course, organic whenever possible. Fresh-squeezed juices will be provided by the Central Coast Juicery. 

We encourage you to make special requests before the retreat. Meals will be served in a community setting, at times outside (weather permitting) and occasionally eaten in silence.

Day 1: Arrival and Welcome

  • 4:00 PM: Welcome Drinks and Nibbles. Enjoy a refreshing welcome drink, a light bite to eat, and settle in.

Day 2: Pause and Reflect

  • 8:00 AM: Morning Yoga

Start the day with a grounding practice.

  • 9:00 AM: Breakfast

A healthy buffet-style breakfast.

  • 10:30 AM: Meditation with Sarah

Find stillness and presence through guided meditation.

  • 12:30 PM: Wholesome Lunch

Nourish yourself with a delicious, healthy meal.

  • 2:00 PM: Forest Bathing and Journaling in the Redwoods

Connect with nature through mindful walking and reflection.

  • Nosh Al Fresco: Enjoy a light snack outdoors (weather permitting).

  • Reflection Time: A moment to process the day at your own pace.

  • 6:00 PM: Dinner
