Our Wellstore is now open, offering a tantalizing selection of items. It’s always a question: What do we do with the bounty of nature that surrounds us at Amigo Road? Why not find ways to let people take some of it home with them and pamper themselves a little now and then? A special thanks to Liz Olds, the guiding force behind the Wellstore, one of our wonderful residents, whose creativity and ingenuity came through in so many ways during her time with us. That’s Liz on the left (nice smile!). Ariel Jelsma also played a key role, whipping up a batch of delicious marmalade.
Butterfingers and Dagmar gave their go-ahead to use their milk in interesting ways. That’s Dagmar on the left. (Well, actually Dagmar is on the RIGHT in the picture – the little human there on the left is Coco.)
How about some Amber & Lavender Goat’s Milk Soap?
Our residents have put love and passion into making a variety of items that will keep you smiling, also – Baby Rose Goat’s Milk Soap, Goat’s Milk Body Butter, Valentine’s Day cards, orange marmalade – all of it homemade, all of it distinctive and original.
We also have T-shirts showing award-winning artist Mark Ulriksen‘s cover for the Wellstone Books release Holy Toledo by Ken Korach – and the book itself.
The next time you come visit, stop by and take a look.
